Located at 21 Punggol Field Walk, Waterwoods, this 1,100 sqft resale condominium was transformed into a serene and functional home for a family of three.
Designed by Fynn Neoh, the renovation was guided closely by feng shui principles, ensuring harmony in both layout and energy flow. Every element - from the bed and stove orientation to the sink position and color scheme, was thoughtfully aligned with the homeowner’s feng shui master’s recommendations. The space balances functionality and aesthetics, with a layout that maximizes openness while maintaining comfort and privacy for each family member.

The interior adopts a light color palette with silver tones, featuring fingerprint-resistant white laminates for easy maintenance, paired with varied shades of grey to create subtle depth and sophistication. Accents of dark grey and gold trimming add contrast and a sense of luxury. The owners retained their existing sofa and introduced a bench-style dining set on the balcony, creating a relaxing outdoor-style dining experience.
Custom platform beds were crafted for the common bedrooms, while the master bedroom features a bespoke storage bedframe topped with the owners’ own mattress. The elegant finishing touch comes from the Aximus Quartz worktop, blending durability with refined beauty for a cohesive and timeless design.
