Theme: Modern

Nestled in the heart of Tampines Street 62 is a pristine apartment that resonates with the essence of a modern family dwelling for this lovely family of 4.

The client's foremost desire was for the apartment to exude a clean and spacious ambiance. With a family that had a penchant for collecting shoes, storage solutions were a high priority. The clients envisioned a connection between the kitchen and dining area, achieved through the installation of clear glass panels to invite natural light and amplify the sense of space.

The chosen color palette centered around white laminate with light wood accents. This combination not only fostered a clean and fresh aesthetic but also served as a versatile backdrop for any loose furnishings. The theme embraced modern design principles, incorporating a monochromatic color palette, clean lines, minimalism, and an abundance of natural light. It is the perfect backdrop for modern furniture in vivacious colours with a patterned sofa print that gives the home a fresh & fun look.

The design prioritized more storages and we incorporated more kitchen countertop space and a built-in tall cabinet with a niche opening using the innovative Blum Space Tower. Additionally, a fixed reeded glass panel with a black frame was a good-to-have, aiming to channel natural light from the living room to the foyer. A unique request from the owners included an L-shaped flute panel feature wall to conceal the walk-in wardrobe and master bath
